In the end, it's just Vista SP2 – or rather, what Vista should've been. SP1 fixed a lot of problems, but not all of them, and its tainted image is hard to wipe off, unfortunately.

On the other hand, it's great to see that Vista drivers still work with 7. But again, this is Vista SP2, with internal version number 6.1 (Vista was 6.0). I myself did not follow any recommendations on that how-to article and even shared folders work.

I only wish I had a big enough stick to get Mac OS X off Apple hardware. Maybe some day.

Glad you're liking Windows 7. I've heard a lot of people speaking volumes about it.

All i can think is why doesnt apple let me run OSX out of their ridiculous expensive hardware. Why dont you beat them with a stick for not allowing OSX to run on VMware Workstation ?
